Muscle is Essential

Many people neglect muscles, thinking it is not very important to the life. Doctors only cure our illness, who never talk muscles.
Nutrition consultant only talk nutrition. They do not talk muscle. Even the gem tutor teaches you only how to make your body strong, never talk about the muscle.
But the muscle is so important to our life without which we can only be a weak person, or no strength to do any work we want to do even to walk.
Young people have muscle naturally, but a person over forty need to practice to keep muscles, such as to do Tennis, Badminton Squash, Swimming and so on.
Many illnesses nowadays such as cancer, diabetes, mellitus, high blood pressure which mostly fall on people who have no muscles.
It is a kind of bitterness to old people. They have lost muscle, but they have no more strength to build new muscle.
What they can do is only to walk slowly just to keep a little muscle in their body. But, it is the natural rule of human body.
