To Be healthy, How To Eat

Nowadays we live in this complicated world under a very keen competition, and the first thing we have to do is to keep our good health.
To have a good health, we must have our eating carefully. Eating is something of deep knowledge, which can either bring good health or ill.
First, we must eat food balancely, protein and vitamin C combined, not to eat a particular food which we like.
Second is to eat slow, not rapidly. A slow eating will help a comfortable, digestion in stomach, letting whole body to absorb ingredient fully.
Third is not to eat much at one time. A full eating at one time only cost stomach to work not well, causing stomach illness to appear.
We are the member of the world. We have the right to eat any food we like, but, still we need a good selection for eating.
Do not eat too cold food which definitely hurt stomach. Do not eat too hot food which hurt throat. And besides, cold and hot food eating together will immediately cause you painful in the stomach.
