Nutrition Juice

The following information is from the Japanese professor of nutrition. He said that fruit juice and vegetable juice can do great help to your body.
If you drink every day, it is not only you can keep a good health, but it will cure your certain illness which is hid in your body.
But, you have to drink it as it is, not to be cooked by heat. Once juice is heated, all the vitamin C is gone.
You have to drink it slowly, very slowly. If you drink quickly, the effect of vitamin C will not be absorbed by stomach.
If is better that you make juice, together with the fruit skin, which has a better ingredient to health. But, to our habit, we do not like skin.
Celery is good, specially to some part of body. Carotene is also good, you should drink juice of these two often.
Juice will keep you to live long. It prevents high blood pressure, speed blood circulation, and so on.
