Rope-Jumping Exercise

It is an exercise which costs you nothing. The only money you have to spend is to buy a rope. So light to bring it by yourself.
If you spend ten minutes a day to have rope-exercise, your muscle will then be strong. Once you have muscle, you shall have no illness.
When you have rope-jumping exercise for few hundred or a thousand times a day. You shall find your belly flat and waist shrinking, good sleep in the night.
It is because to have this exercise needs two legs which are the power to support your daily life. If you cannot walk, you shall lie on bed and be a sick person.
Since the feet is so important, rope-jumping is to increase power of body, which shall help you to live healthily, no harm absolutely.
Any age of human can have this exercise. Young person can do it longer time mid aged less, but for old ones it may not be done.
But, once you have started to do this exercise, you must continue every day, or you get no result at all.
