Exercise, Exercise, I Hate You

We all know that exercise is good, but we do not like exercise because it is very bore and the effect cannot be seen immediately.
We need exercise which can make our blood to be circulated. A circulation blood makes us in good spirit and energy.
In average, people who have exercise can be more healthy, but still many people who have no exercise can also live a long life.
In our human life, sleep and eating do a big part to our long life, but most importantly, a person with a peaceful heart can live longer life. Exercise helps us to live longer, but not to depend on it.
If we are in the middle age, exercise is essential. Usually, we eat more at that age, and exercise can help to digest for nutrition.
Regular exercise can prevent the disease of cancer. Exercise will make our body hot and heat can kill the baby cancer germs.
Exercise is good, but we must do it every day or the effect will be of no use.
