Carry Heavy Burden

Ten years ago, there was one university in America who had a patient in the wheelchair to had a test on him. This patient would carry a burden of ten pounds and started to walk with two sticks as a supporter for one hour a day and continued for one month. After a month he could walk by himself without supporter.
University did not disclose the reason of their study. But, to normal person as we are, it must be the reason that the heavy weight produce muscle in our body.
Once we have muscle to support, we surely can walk as any healthy person. This should be a theory of burden.
Many years ago, in Hong Kong there was a newspaper woman at ninety, who carried about over fifty pounds of newspaper to sell in MTR. Her muscle was very strong by the training of heavy weight.
You can train yourself to carry heavy weight, but you must keep it long, never stop. Slowly you will be a person full of muscle.
