Walk

Walk is not an exercise, but it is a movement for body. For human, unless we are sick, we walk every day.
For young men, running is to exercise his body, for middle aged, fast walk the best, but for old only walk is suitable for him.
If you want to have effect from walk you have to walk one hour or more, too short time of slow walk effect little.
Running is to speed up your blood circulation, which is good to health, but too fast will produce apposite result.
Last century, there was a fast-running teacher who published a book, teaching people how to run every day as an exercise, but one day, he died in the street on his exercise of running. It was that he exhausted his energy on his running.
Unless you are young, do not run fast. It is better to walk fast, letting heart beat in normal speed.
For old people, to walk slow is the only way to keep his lifelong. He can do it even at his home.
