All Sickness From Lack Of Sleep

Sleep is the root of our life, without sleep. We cannot survive. If our sleep is not enough, many kinds of sickness will appear.
Food is important, but we can live on with less food. Less sleep in a long run we may not be able to keep life.
Some people for their work cannot get enough sleep. They work day and night until the day they are forced to lie on bed because of illness.
Another kind of people when they have time to sleep like to spend their sleeping time on pleasure, drinking alcohol every night, playing outside also every night. They gamble and drink with playing friends until early in the morning. For middle aged, they speed up their aging quicky if they live such life.
Most sadly are the old people. Due to their age, they could not sleep. Even they took sleeping pills, which cannot help them efficiently. That is why people must die at old age.
We must find ways to improve our sleep. First we must change our philosophy that sleep is most important than money which can be no use if there is no health.
