In fact, the daily life of a chief monk in a temple is not easy. Monthly expenses of a temple are also big. It is the responsibility of a chief monk to manage the expenses.
His heart cannot be peaceful. He must think how to let the Buddhist believers to donate more money so that the temple will be prosperous. It is not easy under competition among temples especially nowadays.
