Stretching

One book which said if you can stretch your tendon one inch longer, you can live ten years more.
We do not know whether this is true or not, btu we can be sure that stretching is good to our body.
Young man does not need stretch unless he is a sport man. He must do stretching before he starts his training in his particular sport.
Children are stretching every moment. They live their life actively everyday as long as they awake.
Middle aged need to pay attention to stretching which can prevent many kinds of illness from their body. But, your have to do stretching everyday or you will get no result.
If you do not do stretching in middle age, your back will be stooped. When you are getting old, you cannot walk straight
Yoga is now popular in the world. It is a kind of stretching, but it needs a teacher to teach, costing money and time consumed, still not popular so far.
