West: Coffee, South China: Tea

In the West, two persons or more persons can get together to have the enjoyment of coffee. That is why Starbucks are all over the world.
In China, but only in the part of South China Guangdong Province, tea party is similar to coffee party of Western system.
Tea Party is usually in a restaurant, which may be small or big and luxurious. Those restaurants not only supply different kinds of tea, but also supply food in small dishes of so many varieties.
This is a tradition of culture in South China and in Hong Kong too. On Sunday, many families will take their home members to go to restaurants to enjoy getting together and eat their favorable dishes.
Friend, who have some business to negotiate, also meet in the restaurant to have tea together.
This tradition has been popular during the past centuries and will continue to up to when we do not know.
