Fat

Everyone in the world does not like to be fat which is not looking well in your appearance, but also hurt your health as well.
But, to get ride of fat is not easy, it is so difficult to drive fat away once you become a fat person.
In recent decades many people know that a 168 system can help reducing weight slowly. It is that you only eat in eight hours and the remain sixteen hours without eating. This system has been proved successful if you can do so.
On the other hand, we need exercise which helps your fat consumption if you do not eat too much in every meal.
For an example from pig. A domestic pig is usually fat by the food from its masters.
But, a wild big is usually slim, running fast. It is because this wild pig has to find food by itself and its labour costs fat away. Anyway, eat less and exercise more is the only way to be away from fat.
