Habit

Everybody has the right to do things what he likes. But, if he does the same thing everyday, he becomes a habit.
A good habit is, of course, to help your life in any circumstance as well as to your health. Such as if you get up early every morning and do exercise regularly and eat good healthy balanced good, plus enough sleep to resume your fatigue. Besides, you keep a cheerful heart.
By a habit like above, you enjoy your life happily and shall have no trouble and disaster in your whole life.
On the contrary, if you sleep late, playing mahjong game every night, drinking alcohol to drunker degree and gamble deeply to the path of your failure. Such life brings you to your doom soon or later.
Obviously, we know good habit will bring us happiness and comfort in our whole life and bad ones destroy us down to the abyss.
Young men like car race, climb cliff diving to the deep seas, riding of wild ox. Such dangerous movement will build their exciting habit. Until one day that they meet accident. It is toto late to regret.
