Many people have high abilities, and by their knowledge and luck, they made a lot of money and joined the club of rich men. But, due to their lack of managing finance, all the wealth gone. If they are young, they may have chance to make money again. But, if at middle age, the chance of getting back wealth is low. In some case the chance is zero.
Therefore, we must be very very careful with the first barrel of gold, forever in our hands as a security of our life expense.
Money has sense and soul. If you do not care them much, they will slip away and find another master who cares them.
The first thing to do is to buy a house for your living by installment from bank. Then with extra money if you have, you can buy gold, bonds, shares, up to your decision.
For old people, saving cash in bank may be the best. There is a risk of inflation, but to old people, since their life in the world are not long, inflation cannot hurt them very much. No matter what position you are now in, you must learn how to protect your wealth.
