Control Body Weight

All the people over the world are afraid of getting fat, especially the young ladies who are so seriously watching their figures everyday.
Young men may not be caring much about their figure. It is because they have enough activity to consume their fat.
Middle aged persons pay more attention to their weight. If overweight, they will have sickness of one kind or another.
Fat to old people is dangerous. They can have more chance to get stroke, and have high blood pressure as a result of fat.
But, to get fat away is not easy. We have to watch our eating everyday. It is the headache problem to world people today.
However, there is one scientist who pointed out a very simple way. You just eat anything to the full of your stomach in six hours. Then you keep the remain eighteen hours without eating except water.
