Sleep

Everybody knows that sleep is the most important in our life, but, still many people are not paying too much attention to it. To young people, it may not be important. They can be sleepless for two or three nights, but they can get recovery in one night.
To middle aged people, recovery is difficult. If they miss a night’s sleep, it cannot be gained back the next night.
Still due to their hard work and pleasure in the night, mostly middle-aged people are short of sleep and many kinds of illness fall upon them, some seriously, that is the problem today in society.
To old men, sleep is the number one importance, due to their inability to sleep well in the night. They want to fell into of sleep, but cannot. Some of them have to apply sleeping pills to help them to dream. It is not good. In a long run, they will feel side effect from sleeping pills.
What we have to do is to live a proper life everyday, eating regularly, going to be bed and up form bed in a punctual time, By persistence you can then sleep well.
