Health Is Essential To Life

Everybody needs health. Without health, we can do nothing and to the worst, we cannot live our life. Health is so important that we need to care everyday in our life.
But, when you are old, you need to pay special attention to your health. With a good health, you can then live a long life by taking care of yourself.
What is the condition of good health? That is that you sleep fast, eat fast, walk fast, digest fast. This can be done. When your age is young. To your middle age you may slow down in your daily life and at old your actions are of courser slow in everything.
The above change will be decided by our age, but still, to live a healthy life we need be away from alcohol and smoking, not to live night as day.
To be long life sleep is the most important. We have a saying: “Food is better than medicine, sleep is better than food.” It does not mean, we can neglect food. But, we must put sleep as first, then food follow.
