Stretching One Inch

There was a book saying that if a person could stretch one inch, he would live ten years longer. We do not know whether this is true or not, but we can be sure that stretching will bring health. It is because stretching makes our blood liquidating, like water streaming.
Stretching is not easy, it is a little painful in the beginning, and besides, it is also bore. For young people, stretching is not necessary. Only a person who reaches middle age or already at old age, stretching is necessary to make body more flexible. This exercise is good in every way. What you need is to start.
But, once you start stretching, you must do it everyday, not doing hard today, tomorrow a holiday.
A middle-aged person is beginning action slow and for an old person, action is to be like a turtle.
We are human, but still can improve ourselves to a certain extent even if we are old. But, it is important to do it everyday persistently, fifteen minutes a day enough.
