Reducing Fat, Difficult

When we see our body is getting swollen, it is a sign of fat increase and we also know fat will not only bring us a seeming-ugly looking, but also hurt our health to a great extent.
Young girl, in order to get slim, hates fat as an enemy and young boy, if fat, no more handsome. Middle aged, when fat visits him, he will have one kind of illness or another. Old people, fat may be the worst to them. They can easily get stroke or they will fall unconsciously, thus endangering their life in every moment.
In theory, to reduce fat is so simple. You just eat less in every meal. But, as a matter of fact, an easiest thing may be the most difficult thing. That is, we cannot eat less.
Once we start to eat less. In the beginning we may last few weeks and the weight may come down three or five pounds, but once we get weight down, we start to eat, normal weight falls back again.
Therefore, we must set our goal of fat reduction for a long period. If we make a plan for once year, our chance is higher. Rush drop in weight will come back quickly.
