Sashimi

Sashimi is a Japanese name which means raw fish. For thousands of years, only Japan has eaten raw fish, and other countries still eat fish after cooking.
But, in recent decades, many countries began to learn from Japanese way of eating fish law, which is indeed very tasty.
What we have to notice particularly is that Japan only eat big fish raw, for small fish they still eat cooked. Besides, they only eat fish from deep ocean, not from rivers in the city. It is clean that big fish in the ocean has no pollution whatsoever, and safety is guaranteed. On the other hand, they only eat muscle, never eating head, or anything in the stomach. Reason is that all poison contains in the stomach or other part of body’s organ, but in the muscle not a slight element of poison is existing.
In China, there is one village which particularly produce globefish which we all know have fierce poison, little of which can kill people instantly. But, people in that village eat globefish as their food. They only eat muscle and the head, stomach, and other parts of inside the fish body will be buried to the underground deep. This village is now very rich because they export globefish to many other parts of China.
