Early Morning

Everybody knows that we need to sleep enough to keep a good health. For old people who has plenty of time to sleep, but they cannot sleep. It is a nuisance to old people. They have to close eyes lying on bed as a way of sleep. It is good in some way to replace the quality of sleep since they have no choice.
But, too much rest on bed is not good which prevent the circulation of blood. Blood circulation is like a streaming water to make water clear so is our blood. We need rest, and we do require movement to balance our body condition.
For old people, it is better to go to bed at a fix hour and to get up when he feels enough. Then he can go out to breathe the fresh air in the early morning and also to do some exercise according to his age.
Early morning is so important to everyone young or old alike. Morning time is the time to start a day today, to plan what we are going to do today. By planning in the morning, we shall not waste our time during the day’s work. If everything is previously planned, we can get a better result by using our time fully.
