Different Kind Of Exercise

Decades ago, there was a popular saying in China: “Life depends on exercise.” This is true in surface, but not entire so. We all know that exercise can make blood circulate which is like a streaming water, moving and moving, non-stop twenty-four hours.
Different kinds of exercise have different effects. It should depend on your age. Young person can play football or basketball. Middle age tennis or similar kind. Old people can only do slow exercise, such as Tai Chi and walking.
But, once when a person is too old you cannot even do slow exercise and walk. What you can do is only to sit on sofa or lie or bed. Even so, you can still live your life long. Slow moving will make your heart-beat slow and slow beating in heart can help you live longer. Such is the example from turtle which can live very long even over one hundred years. Their life style is keeping themselves peaceful and unmoving, always lie on ground motionless.
To conclude, young age can take drastic exercise, middle age mild exercise, old age very slow exercise, or even no exercise.
