Away From Others Secrets

Many people like to know others’ secrets. May be that is the nature of human, but of course not every human will do so.
As a matter of fact, it is not a good behavior to ascertain others’ secret. If you have such a habit, it will bring you trouble, or even disaster. Unless you are a reporter of gossip newspaper, you may do so because you depend on your living to disclose others’ secrets to the public.
When a friend of yours wishes to tell you his secret, it is better to decline in the first moment, saying that you are a person not able to keep secret. So, please do not tell me.
At the same time, you should not tell your secret to your friend and ask him to keep the secret for you. If you are such a person, you are the fool of the foolish group.
A story can tell a terrible consequence of knowing others’ secrets. Many centuries ago, there was a general, who had a very faithful subordinate. One day the general told him that he wanted to kill him. The subordinate asked: “I am so faithful to you why should you kill me?” The general simply replied: “You know too many of my secrets.” Then this person died under the general’s sword.
