A middle-aged man or older adults, sometimes will feel pain in the ankle when they are walking.
It is common that everybody will ask for assistance from the doctor who will tell them that the muscle in the ankle disappears and the bones separated by the muscles are now conflicting with each other. When you are sitting, it has no problem, but once in motion you will feel pain in the ankle.
Doctor suggest few ways. First, you have an operation to put soft material, between the tissues and the bones. Second, you take painkiller. For most people to take painkiller is the primarily cure. But painkiller will render side effects to your body if you take it for a long time.
But, through the study of the American scientist that ankle muscle can be regenerated if by taking a walking exercise. The way is simple, you just stand up and walk slowly even under the pain. By so doing for about a month, you will feel your ankle pain is not so serious and if you continued walking for another three months, you will feel pain no more.
