Failure Following Success

It is not a definitely rule, but, in most cases many people who work very hard for years achieve success in his own personal career or his own business began to lessen his work attitude. As a result, other people will surpass him, either in his personal career or in his business. The worst consequence may lead him to failure and such things happen in the society quite frequently.
It is because some people, by his luck, achieve his success quickly and easily. Then the person change his life to luxurious and lazy. Finally, the devil of failure falls upon him.
To be successful is not easy, not only you have to work hard, but also you still have to work hard after your success. You can never take it easy after your success. Unless you retire from the global competition, you shall always be in fighting spirit everyday and to no end.
Many big enterprises can only be glorious for thirty years after which period, the enterprise will be weak and another new growing enterprise will replace the old one. This was the record surveyed by one Japanese newspaper. It is also same in Europe and America, average glorious time for any enterprise is about thirty years.
