Old People With Eating

If old people are to live a healthy and a long life, eating habit is the most important to watch. Without a good eating habit, old persons would not be able to live a healthy and a long life.
It is because old people cannot digest actively as young ones do. They cannot eat many foods which are difficult to digest, such as shark’s fin, abalone, lobster and so on.
The most dangerous food is beef which, old people should always treat beef your enemy, especially eating beef at night. In many cases, many old people died during sleep because of over-eating of beef at dinner.
To eat less is the only and best way to keep old people live healthily and to live a longer life. If you eat less, the stomach has more room to digest, helping your body health to a great extent.
In our Chinese custom, if you eat less at dinner, you can live up to age ninety-nine. This has been true by the experience of generation. Besides, when old persons get sick, in most cases, it cannot be cured. Even many doctors do not like to cure old people.
