Body Weight

For middle-aged and old people it is necessary to watch their body weight, and at the same time to take care their blood pressure. Body weight is closely connected with blood pressure. If you are too fat, your blood pressure will be high. Therefore, to control blood pressure is the work to do every day for those who have passed young.
Once you have high blood pressure, you can easily catch many kinds of sickness, especially, easy to have “stroke’. You will faint in the street if your blood pressure is high.
To prevent blood pressure, you have to control weight first. That is to reduce your weight if you are fat. But to reduce weight of a body is a headache problem to the human all over the world. By the record, those people who are successful in weight control are so few in number in human society.
We know that to eat less is the way to reduce weight. But, to put into action, it is difficult. We may eat less for a few days and weight down to two or three pounds lower. Once we eat as normal, the weight gain comes back again. This is the general case in our life. Indeed, to reduce weight is our whole life job. Only by reducing weight slowly in ounces, we will then achieve our success.
