Home’s Michelin

Nowadays many restaurants have obtained the certificate from Michelin, to show to customers that their food is of the high standard. It is true that in competition they used best materials, punctual cooking time and, furthermore, with a best cook. By all the combination together, they produced an excellent dish by which they got a certificate of good food from Michelin Star.
But, when they used this prized cuisine to serve to the customers, the quality is entirely different. It is because, in order to face competition, they have to use a poor-quality food materials, an apprentice cook, and also the cooking time is not accurate, overcooked or undercooked. This is the situation in the restaurants today.
Actually, cooking food at home is better than restaurant. It is because we use fresh food material with careful cooking time, and our devoted home cooker.
Of course, to cook a good dish, it is not an easy job. We have to prepare, to study, especially, apart from a fresh material, to watch the cooking time carefully. The duration of time is the essential factor to make a good dish.
