Honest Flower

Many years ago in Europe, there was a prince in a small country. One day, this prince announced to his people, that he would marry with a girl who could grow a beautiful flower. Soon after, the officials in the palace gave flower seeds to the girls who wish to marry the prince.
After three months, the girls presented the beautiful flowers to the palace with her name on it. But, only with exception of one girl she presented nothing of flower, saying that the seeds could produce no flower at all even she tried to have watered every day.
Finally, the girl of no flower was selected as wife of the prince. The prince said that all seeds were treated and could not grow flower. Only this girl was honest to tell the truth.
From this example, we know that honesty is the most important in our life. Only by honesty, we can then win other’s trust. But telling lies, you may win confidence from others temporary, but sooner or later, your lies well be broken and you shall have no more reputation which shall never be recovered in your life.
