Blood Circulation

Blood circulation is so important to our life. By the circulation of blood, we can then live our life. Our blood to stream through our whole body is supported by the function of our heart. Without the beat of heart, blood cannot be flowed and our life will be no more. This is a very simple knowledge to each of human. But the question is how to keep our heart in health condition which runs non-stopping day and night in our whole life, may be one hundred years, if we are lucky to live to that age. Once our heart stops functioning, our body will be immediately stiff, just like a stone, then to dust in the years’ time.
Young people do not have to pay attention to blood circulation. Their blood run very smoothly by their age of growing years. But to middle aged ones, blood circulation in good order need some help from exercise, such as badminton, tennis, swimming and so on. To old people, only very mild exercise can be applied, such as walk slowly every day, and regularly.
If you want to live long in good health, you must have knowledge to keep your heart well very carefully as a number one importance.
