Beware Restaurant Food

If possible, we should avoid going to eat food in restaurant. The restaurant food is tasty, but its content is terrible, full of chemicals to make food tasty. Besides, the quality of material is not fresh, all frozen and even over-due dated in order to reduce their cost. If we go restaurant for food long, we will suffer sickness of one kind or another, such as sickness of heart trouble, high blood pressure, liver problem and so on.
We should eat our food at home daily. Home food, as we buy from market every day, is fresh in quality which will never give ill effects to our health. Besides, what we have used the salt source on our food will be the best quality which is much less harmful than restaurant salt ingredients.
If you can build a habit to eat at home, you will not only save money and time, but you will build yourself a good health to which everybody wishes.
From today, pay attention to food you eat every day. To be safe, you eat more time at home. Unless circumstance of your life does not permit, try to eat home food as a basic of your life.
