How To Prevent Sickness

We are human, a body of flesh and blood, it is natural that sometimes, we shall suffer sickness at any time. But, because we are human with wisdom, we can find means to prevent ourselves from sickness. Our body is weak, but with a great care, we can turn our weakness into strength.
The strength should start from our daily life, a decent life every day. The method should be known to everybody. But the question is whether people will do it or not.
First of all, we must have ample sleep which is the main source to keep our body healthy. Actually, sleep is the human medicine to cure any sickness from beginning. Once our sleep is enough, our immune system is strong which stop all sickness coming into our body.
Second is the food. If we eat carefully from food of nutrition, we surely have the power of resistance to boycott any illness which may wait the chance of weakness in our body to inflict upon us.
Thirdly a suitable exercise is essential, but it should be done according to our age, a man of late middle aged or a going to be old man should be careful to select an exercise suitable to him.
