New Way To Reduce Weight

In one American health magazine there is an article written by a scientist who said that there is a very simple way to reduce weight.
His theory is like this: “Eat full in six hours and keep stomach empty for eighteen hours. If you do this, you can reduce weight by two ounces a day and in one month you can reduce six pounds. For a normal person, six pounds wight reduction should be enough. If you are still fat, you can go for another month to reduce twelve pounds.
For example, from six am to twelve pm, you can eat as much as possible for your whole day nutrition, but from twelve pm to six am, next day, you should keep your stomach rest. Never eat food whatsoever.
This method has been tested as realistic for weight reduction. It may not be convenient to most people, but you can try to change your life style and apply this new way for reducing weight.
Besides, it will not hurt your health, because you can eat as much as you like in the six hours which should be enough nutrition for a day.
