Benefit Of Stretching

In one book saying: “You are stretching one inch, you can live ten years younger.” We do not know whether this is true or not. But, one thing we are sure that stretching is good to body in every way. Yoga is the most famous in the world. Its foundation is based on stretching.
Stretching has some special knowledge and technique and to learn from teacher is very troublesome and besides, it is not necessary. The most simple way is to buy a book from bookstore and we can stretch based on the picture of the book. As to the length of stretching, it entirely depends on your own liking. But, still, there is some knowledge which we need to study.
What is the benefit of stretching? After stretching our body feels very relaxing, exciting gone, heart cheerful, muscle loosened. Action is more faster and chance of falling down is much reduced, increasing the balance power.
But, do not stretch after eating, which will make your stomach uncomfortable. The best way to stretch is after a warm bath which bring you a good blood circulation. For a sport person, it is essential to stretch before starting a sport, or his body will suffer hurt without stretching.
