Keep Muscle Forever

Among American women of over seventy of age, there is seventy percent of those ladies who cannot lift a weight of ten pounds over their shoulder. And men also have thirty percent failing to do so. It is because they have lost their muscle in their body. As a matter of fact, once a person has lost their muscle, they will be unable to life any weight which is a little heavier.
All old people wish to take care of themselves independently at their old age, but to do this they need muscle without which they have to depend on other people to live their life. Muscle need exercise constantly, or it will disappear by itself automatically. Therefore, it is very important to exercise our body every day to keep our muscle strong and to keep our bones active as well. It is a natural law of our life. When we reach our middle age, our muscle will be lessened, and shrunken. Especially the person over seventy, the speed of loosen will be faster.
Stretching is also a way to keep muscle. As one book says: “If you stretch one inch, you can live ten years longer. There are many ways of exercise to keep your muscle remain. You can select one of ways to help your muscles in your body. But you must exercise every day permanently.
