Hundred Style Exercise

We wish to be healthy and always are in pursuit of a particular exercise to keep our body strong. If we want a special exercise we have to go to a teacher for learning. It is not necessary, as far as health is concerned. We can practice ourselves without going to any teacher to learn, saving time and money as well.
We can create many kinds of exercise by our own, a little style from Yoga, some from Judo, Tachi and Kung Fu etc. By a little from different sources, we can do them by our own in our own style.
Since our aim is to make our body healthy, we do not need to be too serious to find a particular teacher to teach us, to save time and money from leaning.
If we have our own style of exercise, we can do it at home and at any place we desire. We can get good benefit in health by own effort.
But the most important is that we once created our own style, we must practice every day persistently. Through year, we shall be away from sick and live long life, of course.
