Ankle Pain

When we have ankle pain, we will surely feel difficult to walk, if serious, we have to sit by wheelchair, or if light, we have to walk by supporter or to be helped by others. In the worst case, we have to see doctor.
If the doctor is of western style, he will advise you to operate because you have irregular bones in your kneel. If you have a Chinses doctor who will advise you to take Chinese medicine continuously, then your pain will be gone gradually.
The above is the general care to our ankle pain. But, if we have wisdom of our own, we can cure ourselves by ourselves. The way is simple, just to walk and walk, an hour a day persistently. This is not a theory of empty words, but has been proved by two old men in recent years. One old man of seventy got very painful ankle sickens for years. Even he went to doctors, who still could not cure him. Finally, he took a method to walk. In the start, he leaned his back on wall and walked slowly, and finally he could walk independently on his own. Through his hard work of three months, his pain was gone. Another old man of also seventy, had the same experience and also cured by himself just by walk of one hour a day persistently. Now, all these two persons have lived healthy by their own.
