Sleep Essential To Life

Everyone knows that sleep is important to our life. With a good sleep in the night, we can work in good spirit the next day, or contrary, we shall be in a very poor mood.
Short of sleep will bring us different kinds of illness, immune system down, appetite low, health condition downwards gradually. Young person will lose their energy to work, middle aged getting older easier, old people dying fast.
We should pay much attention to our health, but it is not easy to handle the problem of sleep. Sleeplessness has different reasons to different ages. We have to check ourselves of sleeplessness from individual condition and find a way to cure it.
We may take sleeping pills when we fail to sleep. But pills contain ingredient of poison and by long time taking, we will find uncomfortably in our body. Even sickness will fall upon us.
To sleep well, we need a proper way of life, going to bed early, getting up early, adequate exercise, balanced food with proper portion, eating at fixed time. Of course, we need to care our digestion system. Only a good digestion can help our good sleep.
