Nutrition Lesson
The following information is the nutrition lessons from the Peking University. Such knowledge is very useful in our life. From these knowledge middle aged people can live healthy and old man can have a long life.
Nutrition is from varieties of food which supplies us with energy, making our body strong and healthy. Those foods come from fish, shrimp, bird, pig, cow. Milk is the best source to help our body more healthy. But, do not put raw egg into hot milk. Egg has virus of its own, just by hot milk not enough to kill its germ. Eggs must be cooked well before eating. Egg has a good nutrition value which should be eaten by everybody.
Finance permitting, we should eat more deep-sea fish. Deep sea fish contents DHA and EPA, which can resist infection, preventing blood block, streaming blood vessel.
For most of us, our daily food is usually confined to pork meat, beef, chicken, mutton. These foods contain a lot of protein for which our body requires vey much to keep us our daily energy. But we must be careful not to eat protein too much, or it will create us some kinds of illness in our body. Especially for old people eat less protein may be the best way to protect them to live a long life.
