Be Not Slave Of Medicine

Many people have a habit to bring medicine in their pocket for emergency by a sudden attack of certain illness. They depend their life on medicine and feel safe if medicines are by their side in inches distance.
These people are the salves of medicine. It is not good habit. As we all know that medicine contain about thirty percent of poison which is not fatal but in certain extent it will hurt our health generally.
Therefore, it is better not to take medicine. Instead we should eat more variety of food to replace the effect of medicine. Actually, food of different kinds has the same effect to cure our body’s sickness. If we eat proper food daily, medicine should not be friend in our life. Of course, we have to take care of sleep sufficiently, which is the important element to mend our body since we consume our energy every day in our work.
Lastly, we need daily exercise to make our body in good blood circulation. Unless you are young, exercise may not be so necessary, but once you get into middle aged period, exercise cannot be neglected.
