Knowledge Of Eating

We all know that to eat is the most easiest thing in our life. We just open mouth and put food in. That is all we do in our daily life. But problem is that somebody can eat to a very healthy appearance, some to be looked like a sick person. It is the result of eating habit of everybody in a different way.
When we go to restaurant to eat pot-food, we put food to the pot of boiled water and at the same time we drink cold juice or beer to make our eating more comfortable. But the consequence is that when the hot food and cold liquid mixed in our stomach, which receive a great compact by the mixture. Finally, we got stomach illness. If we eat hot-pot food occasionally, it may be all right, but if we eat often, surely, we will get stomach trouble and to be the worst, may be cancer to appear.
Therefore, we should study how to eat to keep our stomach healthy. First of all, when we get up in the morning, drink a big glass of water to wash away our undigested food which may produce poisons if it remains long in our stomach. Then we shall have a breakfast in each person’s favour, followed by a lunch and dinner. But remember not to eat too much, leaving an empty space in stomach to ensure the best way for health.
