The Foundation Of Long Life – Eating Less

In China, male’s average age is eighty, female eighty-five. Someone dies before eighty and some lives to one hundred. When a persona lives to one hundred or more, scientist will study how they can live to that age. Many will ask why they will live long? What they eat, what they do and so on?
Decades ago, National Geography introduced one Okinawa woman, over one hundred ten years old. Scientist visited her and asked her living condition. She said she liked to eat bitter melon most as her food. But, after scientists checked, the bitter melon was not the key point of long life, it was because she went to mountain to work every day. Labour made her long life.
The following points can help you to live healthily, even not a long life:
You must have an ample sleep, upon which no illness can attack you. Bed is a kind of home hospital, light sickness can be removed by yourself.
Food: you must not eat a particular food always. You have to eat balanced food with nutrition. But, do not eat too full. Eating less is the only way to live a long life.
Exercise: you have to do exercise according to your age. Even you are old, you must do slow-motion exercise.
Peacefulness: old people must learn the movement of turtle, to keep stillness as long as possible, slow breath makes heartbeat slow which is the main cause to live long.
