Be Careful Your Limit

When we do everything, we must notice limit. If we do something beyond limit, especially on sport or any exercise, great harm may fall upon our body either causing us small illness or even serious sickness.
Many sport men, in order to catch best result in competition, they have exercise extremely beyond their body limit. At the time of youth, they may not feel seriously, but once they get into middle age, they feel pain in their body in one way or another. Many of them die earlier than they should have lived for more years.
As long as we are ordinary people, we must not do anything beyond our body limit, or we shall suffer much even at our middle age. Some middle-aged men like to play football, showing themselves that they are especially stronger than ordinary people. It is not good to their heart, as the speed of football forces heart to beat faster. In a long run, fast heartbeat will shorten their life, causing them an early death.
Of course, we have to control our life in good order, to have ample sleep, balanced food, adequate exercise, not to drink alcohol heavily and watch your habit of smoking.
