Human Is Not Eternal

We only know that God is eternal, even we have never seen Him. But, any living creature, human or animal, is not eternal. We can only live a certain period in this eternal world. Though we can only have our life in a limited stage of eternality, we have to face its reality. We have flesh and soul, we feel happy and anger. Our body can feel pain if we are hurt. This is our human life.
Even a city of prosperity one thousand years ago can be a deserted place today. Earthquake can destroy everything. Today there are many small islands in the sea, but these islands can be wiped away by a tsunami one day, who knows. Today there are cities with beautiful scenes in the volcano area, which may have been in sleep silently for thousand years, but once it awakes to life which area will be destroyed.
In some area, there are trees of thousand years, but one day it will be disappeared by the change of soil ingredient.
For our human, even we can live one hundred years, we will still be gone from this world. Therefore, cherish today, work and enjoy today. Only today is real.
