Eat Less

If you are a young person, to eat less, you will be slim. A middle-aged man to eat less will be healthy. And to old people, if you eat less, you will not only be healthy, but a long life in the years ahead.
But to eat less, to say easy, to do is another thing. When many tasty foods are in front of us, we surely eat as much as we like, forgetting the words of eating less. Therefore, we feel so difficult to reduce our weight.
Buddhist monastery famous for its Kungfu, the monks eat at six o’clock in the morning, and do their routine work before noon. They eat lunch at twelve o’clock. At four p.m. they start to practice their Kungfu. They never eat dinner and go bed emply stomach. But all of them are strong and healthy. It is a proof that eat less is good to health.
Another style to reduce weight is by keeping a little food in the bowl. When we feel a little full in stomach, better to stop eating not to finish the remaining. Nowadays, it is a time in peace, material plenty, and a little waste in food can be acceptable. We shall not force ourselves to finish the food in bowl even we feel full in stomach.
