Where Is The Heaven And Hell?

If someone asks us that where is the heaven and the hell, we may not be able to answer this abstract question because no one has visited heaven and hell.
To think more deeply and prudently, we may come to realize that due to no one can prove the practical existence of the heaven and the hell, we can only keep a doubt in our mind.
Actually, heaven and hell are in our mind, in our very heart. If our heart is always happy, we are in the heaven or if our heart is full of anger, we are in hell.
Happiness require us to pursue. It will not come by itself. If we are always showing a polite attitude to everyone who, in return, will do same to us. That is happiness. If we keep a cold manner all the time, that we live in sadness.
Heaven is distant, far, far away in the air. We should make heaven realistic. That is to seize today for a good use of our life which is indeed that we are in heaven. Or on the contrary we make an evil use of time, we are in hell.
