Sending Gift Needs Deep Thinking

Between human to human, sometimes we need to send some gift to friends or relative to make relationship closer. If you think carefully to buy a gift, even it is not expensive the receiver will cherish, and can feel your sincerity.
But to send gift is not easy, you cannot just buy something and present it to somebody as a gift. The receiver will feel that you are not sincere.
Japanese have a habit to send gift to the person whom he first meets. A beautiful packing outside is more important than the content which is cheap.
We, Chinese, say that somebody sends you a goose leather from a thousand miles away, it just shows his sincerity. The value is not important.
To send gift is a kind of knowledge. If we do not send gift properly, the consequence may not be good. Therefore, you have to spend more time to select a gift which can show your sincerity to the receiver.
