Sleep And Exercise

Sleep and exercise are closely connected. Without exercise, the quality of sleep may not be too deep, but exercise without sleep will cause you illness. Therefore, before exercise, we must have ample sleep.
Of course, light exercise does not need much sleep, but heavy exercise requires much sleep to support for energy. Or you may get illness if you do heavy exercise without enough sleep.
What is the heavy exercise? Football, Basketball, Boxing belong to the heavy exercise. Badminton, Tennis, Golf etc. are the medium exercise.
Light exercise includes Taichi, Yoga, Hiking, Ping-Pong Ball, Swimming, etc. Those exercise do not need much sleep to support.
Age is very important to decide the exercise. Young men can do any exercise even in a little sleep, but middle-aged persons require enough sleep. As for old people sleep is the most essential before exercise, or he or she may suffer sickness after exercise which has no sleep to support.
