Age Decides The Quantity Of Exercise

In last century, there was a very popular word in China. That is that life depends on exercise. It is not entirely true. Why? It is because that in any thing, we cannot depend on the things which have no result to appear. We want a result which is indeed real in every respect. If we wish to live up to one hundred years, we cannot say that exercise can help us to live one hundred years. We can only find any means which can help us to live our hundred years.
But age is the important key factor to decide what exercise we should take. In our young age, any strong exercise is of no problem. But, when we come to middle age, we must select an exercise which can help us to promote health.
When we are old, we cannot do any exercise we want. Actually, old people have no energy to do exercise any more except a slow walk. For old age persons, peacefulness is the best way to prolong a long life, not to depend upon exercise anymore. Turtle can live, if no accident, up to one hundred years, even more. It is because that it is always at a peaceful mood, quietness in its whole life. If we want to live long, learn from the way of turtle, eating less, moving less.
