Where Sickness Comes From?

Sickness comes from our ignorance, from our carelessness. If we have sufficient knowledge, many kinds of sickness can be avoided. Of course, we are human, made of blood and flesh, no sickness is almost impossible in the course of our life, but, we, through our great care, still reduce sickness to a minimum, and can live up to one hundred years old.
We drink water, eat food which produce our blood, plus exercising, and ample sleep, and then we build our foundation of good health.
Young people do not have sickness of any kind. It is because their body organs are so strong that no sickness can attack them. But to the middle-aged persons, cares must be taken, otherwise various of illness will fall upon them.
As to the old ones, sickens to them is natural. They are old, body resistance weak. Every old person will die sooner or later, but to die, they need to be sick first. Sickness is the prelude to death.
To be practical, we cannot have no sickness. A sudden change of weather will make us getting cold and even fever. But the people, who are weak in body resistance, will get cold easier, and strong ones can endure the weather change.
